Once a plantation owner’s home habitation and barn la grange, Habitation Lagrange is a unique inn. It’s tucked away in a lovely garden at the end of a rutted Caravelle Peninsula road that cuts through jungle-like vegetation in the hills outside the village of Marigot. The only diversions on the estate are a pool and tennis court – and a mountain stream, fluttering humming- birds, sweeping views of the valley, wild orchids, rain drops in the forest, quiet nights....
